Jou Togame

Jou Togame is Shishitoren's second-in-command. Wearing monk-style work clothes, geta and sunglasses, he speaks slowly and carries out Tomiyama's belief that weak members have no place in the group. His personality is cruel and unforgiving, and he antagonizes Sakura by calling him “Othello-kun.”
