Jou Katsuragi
葛城丈Biography
Jou Katsuragi is a quiet, dark-haired Phantom deserter with lethal combat ability. Whether fighting unarmed, wearing a Light Warrior suit, or piloting his Gladiator mech, he dispatches enemies with striking ease. After piloting, tears run down his face in a reaction he treats almost like a side effect.
