Biography
Joseph Jobson is a mysterious demoniac hunter who appears at a race circuit and targets Amalgams rather than humans. Even so, XAT treats him as a priority target, and he spends much of the early story pursued by both police and Amalgams.
Story spoilers
Joseph was transformed into an Amalgam after Magwald Xargin infected him with nanomachine-laden blood. His exceptional self-control lets him retain his sanity, and he becomes known as Blue. Later, the Pale Horse enhancement pushes him into a berserker-like Blassreiter form, while his Amalgam abilities include an energy whip that can become a sword and fusion with the GARM motorcycle.
