Biography
Jo is a silver-haired, red-eyed fighter known as "The Angel from Hell," armed with twin Desert Eagles. She has superhuman abilities and places Meg above everything else.
Story spoilers
Jo eventually rediscovers her past as a genetically engineered war machine in human form. Forced to surrender when Meg and others are held hostage, she returns to RAPT's secret labs for reprogramming. Maria frees her to challenge her. Jo later attacks RAPT at its source and destroys its most powerful bio-tech brain. Whether she survives the resulting explosion is left unknown.
