Biography
Android 13 is the thirteenth artificial human in Dr. Gero's series and is built alongside Androids 14 and 15 with the mission of killing Goku.
Story spoilers
After 14 and 15 are defeated, 13 absorbs key components from them and transforms into the much stronger Super Android 13. Super Saiyan Goku ultimately kills him while empowered by a Spirit Bomb.
