Story spoilers
He can transform into any living animal or Talented human unless someone is watching him, while his real ability is Telekinesis. He is a former Talented student from five years ago who was presumed dead and is the only survivor of the previous class. It is unclear whether Jin Tachibana is his real name, and the body he uses most often is not his own.
