Jean Otus

Jean Otus is the second-in-command of ACCA's inspection agency, the small branch responsible for monitoring the organization's other branches. A habitual smoker known as the "cigarette peddler," he is absent-minded enough to forget his lighter. His dull, uninterested demeanor belies considerable intelligence.
