Ivan Whisky

Ivan Whisky, designated 001, is an infant whose brain was extensively enhanced by his father, giving him intelligence far beyond that of an ordinary adult. Those enhancements also grant him psychic abilities including telepathy, telekinesis, and extrasensory perception, although his infant body struggles to sustain such power. Black Ghost later makes him the first member of its 00-Cyborg program.
