Issei Tomine

Issei Tomine is a charismatic young wine critic and Shizuku's rival. Yutaka Kanzaki approached him during his lifetime, and Issei challenged him over his vast wine collection. Proud and often arrogant, Issei has devoted his life to wine and maintains a stoic manner that surprises those around him.
