Iona

Iona is the anthropomorphic avatar of the Sentoku-class I-401 submarine, with her primary function being to follow Gunzou Chihaya's orders. It is hinted that two years earlier Gunzou's father, Shouzou Chihaya, programmed her, placed her in stasis, and set her adrift to await Gunzou's arrival and command.
