Il Palazzo

Lord Il Palazzo is the leader of ACROSS, a secret ideological organization dedicated to world conquest. Convinced that the world is corrupt, he intends to conquer it in order to save the masses from themselves. In the anime, despite those ambitions, he is also shown passing the time with mundane hobbies such as learning to play guitar or arranging dominoes.
