Iguin

Iguin is the Brimmed Hat Witch who sells Coco a book of forbidden magic. Their motives remain unclear but are connected to Coco, and they appear to possess magic beyond the normal scope of witches along with remarkable agility. Iguin appears only rarely, usually to interfere with Coco from the sidelines.
