Ichiyo Shimamura

Ichiyo Shimamura is Mitsuha's older brother and a man who fully transforms into Kamen Rider V3. Convinced that V3 is the strongest rider, he has mastered many forms of martial arts and developed formidable combat ability. Believing that “his soul is V3,” he fights without relying on transformation tools.
