Ichirou Oogami

Ichirou Oogami is an elite officer who graduated at the top of his Naval Academy class and a battle-hardened captain who has repeatedly saved the Imperial Capital and Paris from monsters. As Flower Division captain, his exceptional spiritual power lets him pilot the Koubu, while his ability to synchronize with the spiritual power of others was a key factor in his selection.
