Ichika Kishimojin is a promising shinobi from the unusual Kishimojin Family bloodline. Driven by a strong sense of justice and hostility toward mononoke, she works well as both a Bureau spy and a direct combatant. She initially comes across as cold and harsh, especially toward mononoke.
Story spoilers
When Ichika was a child, her mother was turned to stone by a mononoke, leading Ichika to seek the culprit while still hoping her mother can be restored. She later discovers the Kishimojin women's “flameblood” ability, which grants bursts of superhuman speed and power and allows spilled blood to be ignited until the user wills it out, though using it places heavy strain on the body.
