Ichigo Amano

Ichigo Amano is a young girl with a remarkable sweet tooth and an unusually discerning palate, able to identify ingredients in sweets almost immediately. Henri Lucas notices her talent at a Sweets Festa, leading her to transfer to St. Marie Academy to train as a pâtissière like her grandmother. Ichigo's dream is to create sweets that make people smile.
