Iceland is a northern European nation with short pale hair and a calm, cool exterior that hides a passionate temperament. He often tries to speak English because he feels self-conscious about his difficult native language and accent. He is frequently accompanied by Mr. Puffin, a bow-tied bird with the manner of an Italian mobster, and Denmark and Finland call him “Ice.”
