Ibari Oozora

Ibari Oozora is Hibari's father and head of the Oozora Group. He expects Hibari to inherit the organization but worries about its future because of Hibari's unconventional behavior. Ibari once loved Kousaku's mother and is said to be “haunted” by the White Crocodile curse.
