Hyou

Hyou is an assassin in The Order and one of the JAA's most powerful members. He wears a metallic piece over his lower jaw, two heavy chain necklaces, and numerous piercings. Though he and Nagumo are colleagues, Hyou distrusts him and often acts hostile toward him.
