Huangquan

Huangquan is an aloof, taciturn drifter who claims to be a Galaxy Ranger. Her true name is unknown, and she travels the cosmos alone carrying a long sword.

Her attacks flash out with lightning-like speed, yet she strikes using only the scabbard and never draws the blade itself.
