Hitotsume-sama

Hitotsume-sama is a Zingai who appears across many of Eve's music videos and is repeatedly referenced in Kara no Kioku. Around two meters tall, he has a cylindrical head dominated by a single large eye, thin arms, large hands, and fingers whose number can change at will. He typically dresses in black and white, including a top hat, robe, shawl, leggings, and boots.
