Hitoshi Shinsou

Hitoshi Shinsou is a Class 1-C General Education student at U.A. High School who wants to become a Pro Hero. Stoic, reserved, and clever, he is skilled at drawing people into verbal responses that allow him to use Brainwashing. His Quirk forces a responding target to obey commands when deliberately activated, but it will not work through devices that electronically alter his voice.
