Biography
Hiro Shishigami cares deeply for his mother and childhood friend Andou while remaining indifferent toward most other people. Like Inuyashiki, he receives a mechanical body after the same UFO incident, but he uses its powers to commit crimes in order to feel alive.
Story spoilers
At the end, Shishigami self-destructs to alter the course of an asteroid that threatens to destroy Earth.
