Hikari Takanashi

Hikari Takanashi is a highly energetic vampire who normally avoids biting people, relying instead on government-supplied blood packs and substitutes such as tomato juice. Unlike common vampire myths, she loves garlic and merely dislikes bright light. Though easygoing, she often tries to help people who need it.
