Hidetora Toujou

Hidetora Toujou is the fourth Touhoushinki member and is described as exceptionally strong among the group. Calm and laid-back despite his ferocity, he is bored by weak opponents and constantly seeks a worthy fight, drawing him toward Oga as a potential rival. Toujou works several part-time jobs, sometimes missing school, and has an unexpected fondness for babies and small, cute animals.
