Hibio

Hibio, also called Eric, is a high-school student whose mother disappeared after becoming involved with the mysterious Tattoon tribe. Without his knowledge, she chooses to betroth him to a tribe member rather than die, and Balla later arrives to claim the arrangement. Hibio resists the situation and makes life difficult for Balla despite her affection for him.
