Havoc

Havoc is a Regressor who lost her powers and much of her memory after Heaven's Gate disappeared in South America five years earlier. She had once been one of the most feared Contractors and was rumored to have killed more than 100,000 people during the South American War. Her former power is uncertain, though it was said to resemble the creation of a vacuum.
