Hattori Kanzou

Hattori Kanzou, also called Hattori-kun, is an 11-year-old ninja and the protagonist of Ninja Hattori-kun. He regularly contests Kemumaki's pranks, wears blue ninja robes, and has a troublesome fear of frogs.

Hattori likes explaining how a good ninja should behave and often ends his sentences with “degozaru” or “nin nin.”
