Haruka Koushaku
ハルカ侯爵Biography
Haruka Koushaku is preoccupied with appearances and social status. He opposes Shirayuki's relationship with Prince Zen because he sees her as a commoner unfit for the prince, and fears that her presence at Zen's side could undermine how the people of Clarines view Zen's authority.
