Story spoilers
Harry and Brandon rise through Millennion and enter Big Daddy's Family under the Code of Iron, a philosophy of trust and loyalty to the organization. Harry secretly violates that code by making deals behind Millennion's back and maneuvering himself to the top. When Brandon confronts him, Harry murders his best friend, and the anime portrays the resulting guilt as pushing him close to madness. In the game, after Big Daddy's transformed body is defeated, Harry accepts his own defeat and allows Grave to kill him.
