Harriet Bartholomew

Harriet "Hattie" Bartholomew is a young girl with no known living relatives who retains a childlike belief in elves and fairies. Usually accompanied by her fiercely protective dog Walton, she can somehow communicate telepathically with Frank, whom she calls "Yousei-kun." A traumatic childhood incident also leaves her terrified by the sound of gunfire.
