Hanako Katsuta

Hanako Katsuta, called Hana-chan by the Chikuseisou residents, is a third-year high school student whose family runs a shop in the local shopping district. At Haiji's request, she supports the runners by cycling alongside them and timing their runs. She is also notorious among them for poor cooking.
