Biography
Hakofugu passes the days perched on rocks in the open sea, observing other fish. Laid-back but lacking self-confidence, Hakofugu envies those fish and has grown tired of the same daily routine.
Story spoilers
After encountering a little sea bass, Hakofugu leaves the rocks for the first time and sets out to search for the ocean he is in again. Hakofugu loves fish and becomes obsessed with them.
