ハキム・アタワーリBiography
Hakim Atawari is William Jones' best friend, a prince from India who attended Eton College with him. Outgoing, straightforward, and somewhat of a womanizer, Hakim contrasts sharply with William's reserved personality and travels with a large entourage of servants and elephants. He is also immediately captivated by Emma.
Story spoilers
Hakim extends his stay in England to watch Emma and William's relationship develop. After learning that Emma loves William, he encourages them rather than treating William purely as a rival, and eventually decides to return home after William proposes to Eleanor.
