Biography
Gregorio Valentino is Rokuhōdō's barista. He grew up and learned his trade in Italy after being taken in by a barista who also helped change his formerly angry temperament. Cheerful and outgoing, he makes excellent coffee but has little awareness of the quality of his latte art, and he often trades friendly arguments with Tsubaki.
