Biography
Ginzo Nakamori is a Tokyo district police inspector whose division nominally handles fraud. He spends most of his energy pursuing Kaitou Kid. Fiery, boisterous and extremely self-confident, he is an experienced but impulsive officer whose eagerness often lets Kid outmaneuver him. Despite his obsession with catching the thief, Nakamori respects Kid's sense of honor and believes murder is outside his methods.
Story spoilers
Nakamori does not realize that he has pursued two generations of Kaitou Kid: the original, Toichi Kuroba, and the current Kid, Toichi's son Kaito, who is also Aoko's best friend.
