Genzou Wakabayashi

Genzou Wakabayashi is an extraordinary goalkeeper who allows very few shots past him. Charismatic, loyal to his friends, and firm in his decisions, he has aimed since childhood to become the best goalkeeper in the world. He keeps his feelings private. In Shin Captain Tsubasa, he criticizes teammates to make them realize that European football differs from the football they play in Japan.
