Gasper Vladi

Gasper Vladi is a low-class devil and Bishop who was formerly a human-vampire hybrid. His Sacred Gear, Forbidden Balor View, can stop the time of people he sees, though he struggles to control the ability.

Rias seals Gasper on the elders' orders until she is mature enough to manage him. His control remains incomplete, though drinking Ise's blood can greatly improve his command of his powers.
