Gaku Manabe

Gaku Manabe is one of Naota's classmates and close friends, comparatively hyper and usually seen with Masashi. In Japanese dialogue, he constantly uses "chu", a pun on kissing and a mouse's sound; English dialogue uses "smooch" instead. He knows an encyclopedic range of bizarre rumors and legends.
