Biography
G-9 is one of several nonhuman, monster-like beings Agarta encounters while searching for serpentine dragons. After Agarta removes her own consciousness to enter another person's mind, a G-9 carries the “ego” she needs to remember herself at the deepest point of the client's consciousness; recovering it requires defeating the creature.
Story spoilers
What the G-9 truly are is never clearly explained. Agarta says 3-5-10 told her that they are her children, though she does not understand what that means and appears to feel some compassion for them.
