Fushi

フシ

Immortal / Holy Fushi / Immortal Demon / Fu

Biography

Fushi is an immortal being created by the Beholder and placed on Earth to preserve the world. He can assume the form of things that provide him with sufficient stimulus, beginning from an original form that was a featureless white sphere. Curious, brave and quick to learn, he initially learns by imitating others before eventually speaking his mind directly.

Fushi cares deeply for others and dislikes death, yet finds friendship difficult because his immortality means he expects to outlive the people he grows close to. He also blames himself for the Nokkers' attacks, believing destruction follows him.

Story spoilers

Fushi eventually reaches an age of roughly 800 years. Beyond the white-haired boy form he most commonly uses, he can later take the forms of March, Gugu and Parona, among many others.
