Furcas Rachmaninoff
フォルカス・ラフマニノフBiography
Furcas Rachmaninoff is a former imperial doctor to the royal family and a highly skilled physician who can read minds. His natural appearance is that of a tall, dark-haired man, but in the human world he uses a provisional body resembling one of Lamia's muumuu pets because of his contempt for humans. Hilda first brings him in to diagnose baby Beel, and he devises a treatment by restoring Beel's bond with Oga.
Story spoilers
Furcas later returns to treat Hilda's wound, and his current position is eventually revealed to be doctor to the 34th Pillar Squad. He also knows Saotome, though the nature of their acquaintance remains unknown.
