Funny Valentine is the 23rd President of the United States. His actions are driven by an intense sense of patriotism and a desire to make his country dominant.
Story spoilers
Valentine is the mastermind behind the Steel Ball Run race. Watching events from behind the scenes, he seeks the Saint's Corpse in hopes of using the Holy Relic to strengthen the United States. Valentine is a Stand user whose Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, or D4C, grants access to alternate worlds and allows him to swap with alternate versions of himself under specific conditions, giving him a form of pseudo-immortality.
