Fukurou

Fukurou is a CP9 member from the three-person squad that covers the organization's duties while Lucci's cell is absent. A notorious blabbermouth, he routinely reveals information that should remain secret. In combat he uses the full Rokushiki arsenal, including Tekkai-dama, Jugong, and a highly developed Soru that makes his movement effectively invisible.
