Frill is an artificial human created by Acca and Ura-Acca. Designed to be cheerful and clever, she is far more intelligent than an average fourteen-year-old and enjoys practical jokes and silliness.
Story spoilers
Frill is also intensely jealous when others threaten to take attention away from her or surpass her. She seems unable to properly develop empathy and appears to care little for people outside her creators. She eventually resorts to murder when Acca and Ura-Acca turn their attention elsewhere. Afterward, they call her a monster and stop treating her as human, while Frill continues seeking their affection.
