Biography
Frederica Bernkastel is the mysterious Witch of Miracles. Story spoilers
Bernkastel is strongly implied to be Rika Furude's witch self, born from the suffering of repeated deaths and loops in Higurashi. The relationship is explored further when Rika takes the name “Frederica Bernkastel” and later tries to let that witch-like aspect of herself go.
