Franky Franklin

Franky Franklin is an Ostania-based informant who uses a tobacco store as an apparent front and provides Loid Forger with information, including details about Eden Academy and Anya's records. Kind and willing to help even when danger is high, he also warns Loid against becoming too close to others in their line of work. His romantic pursuits frequently end without success.
