Franklin Bordeaux

Franklin Bordeaux is a scarred member of the Phantom Troupe from Meteor City. Despite his severe appearance, he is described as composed, respectful, and caring toward Shizuku, and often breaks up arguments within the group. His Double Machine Gun Nen ability fires bullets through chambers at his fingertips.
