Fran

Fran is a witch and Elaina's master. She has long black hair, blue eyes, and a beauty mark beneath her right eye, and wears a midnight-blue witch outfit with starry interior patterns. Cheerful and playful, she is also notably nonjudgmental compared with other witches in Robetta.
