Fooler Hakase
フーラー博士Dr. Fooler / Mad Machine (マッドマシーン) / Count Bat / Koumori Hakase (コウモリ伯爵) / Professor Hellsing
Biography
Dr. Fooler is one of Tezuka's mad-scientist characters, childish in both appearance and behavior. Nosy and pushy, he often meddles where he does not belong or advances poorly conceived projects against wiser advice. In Astro Boy he is generally an accidental source of disasters rather than a villain, while other recurring roles include Dr. Kani in Black Jack and Professor Hellsing in Don Dracula.
